IT Compliance Officer - Jakarta Selatan

Responsibilities
Have Knowledge and good understanding about IT Security and IT Governance
Able to perform vulnerability assessment, penetration test and configuration review.
Have knowledge about applicable compliance and regulatory requirements.
Understand about ISO 27001, IT Risk Assessment, IT Service Management and CoBIT
Knowledge and understand about IT Infrastructure such as server, networks device, security device and log management tools
Have knowledge about IT from an operational perspective, security policies and procedures as well as security standard, technologies, resources and tools
At least 2 years IT experience, plus experience in compliance, governance and security

Requirements
Bachelor Degree/ Master Degree from IT/Computer
Male/Female 25-35 years old
At least 2 years IT experience, plus experience in compliance, governance and security

Recruitment Bumi Resources Tbk 2011

“BUMI successfully booked a solid performance in the midst of relatively difficult economic conditions. BUMI has, through its compliance with various prevailing regulations, become a substantial contributor towards national economic development as well as a significant global business entity.”

Such conditions had a significant impact in the prices of various commodities in theinternational
 market, with no exception to coal as its price suffered a subsector reduction in 2009. Although an increase in price occurred, the movement was considered to be slow. Throughout 2009, the average global price for coal in the international spot market, as per Newscastle index, ranged between US$ 60 – US$ 86 per ton, which was far below the previous year. Such conditions, worsened by a high rainfall rate, became great obstacles in coal mining, which was unfavorable for all business players within the coal subsector, in terms of projecting their profit.

However, amidst such turmoil, BUMI
 continued to grow solidly. Through the various efforts made, the Company’s management was able to restore the investors’ trust. As a result, BUMI’s stock performance went up sharply by 157% from Rp 940 in the beginning of the year to Rp 2,425 per share at the end of 2009.

Main Purpose of Position
·         Provide general administration support to the operation Technology Division, and facilitate the work of VP and Managers in the areas of daily administrative support, office, management, event organization, customer services, presentation material preparation, meeting arrangement, HSE, cost control, and business processimprovement.
Requirements
·         Possess a tertiary qualification (Diploma or S1 in a Secretarial School, discipline) from a reputable University or Academy
·         Extensive (minimum 2 years) and proven skills as an Executive Secretary in a multi national, mining or oil and gas industry
·         Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian
·         Good writing skills to take meeting minutes in both English and Indonesian.
·         Ability to use MS Visio and MS PowerPoint to produce experience.

Specialist PP & IT Risk (PPR) work location Jakarta
Responsibilities
·         Reporting to IT Policies & Procedure Superintendent - IT Policies & Procedure
Main Purpose of Position
·         Support Policies & Procedures Superintendent to manage Information Technology risks, policies & procedures development and implementation.
·         Support Policies & Procedures Superintendent to manage IT standards to ensure they are still appropriately applicable for the current environment of corporatesystems and in line with corporate business strategy, considering the internationalbest practices.
·         Support Policies & Procedures Superintendent to manage centralized IT Help Desk as the front line function of IT Division to control the implementation of IT Policies &
·         Procedures in handling problems and users’ requests, and to inform current policies to users.
Requirements
·         Possess a tertiary qualification in an information Technology based business discipline (such as Commerce or Information Technology) from reputable Indonesian or International University or another tertiary qualification with extensive experience and proven skills in Information Technology
·         Possess the skills in developing and implementing Information Technology Policies & Procedures
·         Experience in Information Security, specifically risk analysis and assessment skills, IT Policy and Security standard implementation.
·         Familiar with internationally recognized standards in Information Technology fields, such as ITIL, COBIT and relevant international standards will be an advantage.
·         Have at least 2 – 3 years’ experience in the similar area.
